"Baghead" tells the tale of Iris, a young woman who inherits an abandoned pub from her estranged father's estate and travels to Berlin in order to settle it. There she discovers an unspeakable secret: an entity known only as Baghead has hidden within its basement!
Baghead, an unspeakably terrifying entity that can shapeshift and connect people to deceased loved ones via conduit, provides comfort to many but has one terrifying requirement for those seeking solace through him: communication must not last more than two minutes per interaction with him.
Desperate for funds to upgrade the pub, Iris initially feels tempted to exploit Baghead's powers for profit; as word spreads about this new creature and more and more people become involved with him--including grieving Neil who wants one last conversation with his deceased wife--she becomes hooked up with Baghead as it gains strength.
As Iris investigates further, she learns of the true cost of playing with Baghead. When breaking his two-minute rule comes back into forceful effect, horrific consequences occur, forcing Iris and Katie together to face down an evil entity to break free from its grasp and possibly destroy Baghead forever.
