The movie follows Delphy, an adventurous young dolphin living in Fish Town underwater city. Delphy dreams of exploring beyond Fish Town reef's confines and dreams about becoming an oceanographer one day.
One day, Delphy discovers an extraordinary archway hidden deep within the ocean that grants wishes, which allows him to transform himself into different animals such as seahorse, giant squid, and even flying fish!
Delphy's delight quickly turns sour when two malicious moray eels utilize Delphy's archway and use its powers to grow larger than ever, becoming power hungry and threatening to take control of Fish Town.
Delphy realizes he must undo the harm he's done, embarking on an exciting adventure to change their wishes and defeat moray eels. Along the way he meets new friends while learning valuable lessons in friendship, responsibility and staying true to yourself.
Delphy utilizes his courage and ingenuity to save Fish Town and restore peace to the undersea world.
