Alfred Hitchcock directed Alfred Hitchcock's 1948 suspenseful thriller film "Rope". This suspenseful tale tells the tale of two young men who commit a murder before hosting an evening dinner party where their bodies remain concealed within an apartment they own. Based on an earlier play of similar title which itself had its inspiration drawn from real-life murder cases.
As evidence for their case, they plan a dinner party using David's body chest as the buffet table.
As the evening progresses, tension escalates as Brandon grows increasingly reckless and Phillip has difficulty reconciling himself to himself.
