Pat is faced with many difficulties during this journey; from bipolar disorder and his parent's rules, to Nikki having issued him with an ex parte order and complicating any reconciliation attempts.
Pat finds solace in Tiffany Maxwell, an emotionally distraught young woman. They quickly form an unexpected friendship which eventually leads them both into taking part in a dance competition together.
Pat and Tiffany form an even deeper bond while training together and spending time together, learning from and growing alongside one another, finding new pathways in life together.
