Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street is an engaging musical film set during 19th-century London, following Benjamin Barker (Sweeney Todd). While operating undercover as his clientele are murdered and sent down a trapdoor by him for use as filling for Mrs. Lovett's pies as filler filling, his crimes explore themes of revenge, desperation and corruptive power in this film that explores these concepts further.
