Ichi begins his search for the source of his bounty and soon becomes embroiled with an intricate web of relationships and conflicts associated with local yakuza families and their respective heirs.
Ichi navigates these challenges using his characteristic combination of wisdom, resourcefulness, and swordsmanship skills. Additionally, his journey brings up past relationships and experiences from Ichi's past that surface once again along the way.
